Our Story and Passion
We've spent years perfecting our recipes to encompass what it means to be eating Southeast Asian cuisine. The kitchen is lead by the founders of this restaurant who poured their hearts and souls into every meal they serve. Growing up in South Vietnam, the owners honed their flavor palettes in order to represent their culture without losing their authenticity. Their dedication behind the scenes consists of them waking up at the crack of dawn, staying hours after closing, with no days off to prepare for the freshest meals possible. We're motivated by the opportunity to introduce and integrate our culture in a place we call home.
